The SnowPro® Advanced: Security Engineer Certification will validate advanced knowledge and skills in leveraging SNowflake's comprehensive suite of services and features relates to data governance, security, and compliance within the Snowflake AI Data Cloud.
SNOWPRO ADVANCED: SECURITY ENGINEER OVERVIEW
This certification will test the ability to:
- •Design and enforce data protection, privacy, and governance across Snowflake.
- •Implement and manage user identity and access control mechanisms.
- •Audit and monitor security policies, controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- •Assess threats and risks, and execute robust security incident response protocols.
- •Leverage Snowflake AI/ML capabilities to enhance security posture.
SNOWPRO ADVANCED: SECURITY ENGINEER CANDIDATE
2 or more years of hands-on experience managing data governance and data security on a complex Snowflake account.
In addition, successful candidates may have 2+ years of general IT cloud security and data governance experience and basic SQL and Python knowledge.
